CoreNet Global UK has launched a study into how businesses can make better business decisions by involving their support functions in the strategic planning process.
The research will be carried out by BNP Paribas Real Estate and will examine how IT, HR, sourcing, finance, procurement and facilities management teams can be better integrated in the strategic planning cycle in order to help businesses drive the maximum value from their real estate.
To inform the research, BNP Paribas Real Estate has issued a call for evidence, asking people working within support functions for feedback on their company’s existing practices and their views on what could help overcome the barriers that exist to improved strategic planning alignment.
The survey, which takes around 10 minutes to complete, is available here.
The output from the study will be a white paper setting out a best practice approach to integration and collaboration within businesses.
