This work shop will explain what you really need to know about the different types of construction contracts that are available, what are the advantages and risks associated with them and how to work out which one you really need, how to avoid the pitfalls and disputes that often arise on these contracts and what to do in the event of a dispute. A Learning and Development session designed for non-lawyers and real estate professionals who occasionally have involvement with construction contracts (for example an office fit out) but are not really familiar with these documents.
