We will be discussing the ongoing process of Mentoring and again providing you with an opportunity to develop valuable skills and abilities in order for you to perform your role of a Mentor, or Mentee well. This upcoming session will cover issues on how you are spending your time together now that most of you have been matched, using a framework for the Mentoring discussions, making a development plan and understanding personality and its impact! As always, learning about skills with broader impact than just the Mentoring activity!
