London is now larger than it has ever been in its history. But with growth come pressures. On housing, social and physical infrastructure, on provision of jobs and of amenities. London is also growing financially at a faster rate than the rest of the country. While this may appear good for the capital it is also potentially very dangerous. Steven Norris argues that the key to rebalancing Britain is connectivity.
