The role of the Workplace Community is to keep a finger on the pulse of the future of work, organisational culture, leadership and how real estate occupiers can consider the changing patterns of work and therefore workplace requirements. This is about adopting a multi-horizon approach to change and the way we work, and how we best respond to what the future holds.
In the first half of 2024 we have continued our 'breakfast conversations’ for members to discuss and consider the most current issues that helps to encourage wider member participation through smaller group dialogue.
The nature of ‘work’ itself is being disrupted – the past year has seen the quickly expanding use of generative AI and other new communication technologies, further emphasis on sustainability and climate change impacts, and social value imperatives with a continued focus on diversity and inclusion.
Our own diverse committee members continue to cultivate inspiring perspectives that enable engaging dialogue and forward thinking that our wider membership demands.
