Strategic Portfolio Planning (SPP) seeks to bring together members of CoreNet UK that are both interested and engaged through thought leadership that redefines and reshapes corporate real estate strategies. We seek to do so by understanding macro trends along with the experience and anecdotes from our membership.

Across 2024 the committee are seeking to explore the relationship between real estate and company culture, to determine the role SPP can play.
